Adam Searle

General Manager

A specialist in Sales Management of Property, Site Acquisition and Project Marketing.

Adam’s stellar career trajectory has lead to the establishment of Bluechip Project Consultants in 2014, having been described by industry peers as a trusted, loyal business ally with entrepreneurial instincts.

Adam has an exceptional depth of knowledge and the proven sales channels that give Bluechip the edge. Adam’s critical analysis skills continue over a 18 year career. His keen reading of property markets comes from more than 9 years steering the Sales and Marketing team for one of Australia’s leading medium density property developers and their prodigious portfolio of new developments.

Since 2003, Adam has successfully managed and been responsible for over $820mill worth of property sales, resulting in more than 1,600 separate transactions.

His experience in managing the entire development lifecycle uniquely allows Adam to advise investors and developers on predicted sales revenue for projects as early as the initial acquisition stage. His Developer/Investor-centric focus ensures the Bluechip team can tailor a campaign for optimum outcomes.

James Bouteris

Business Development Manager

James has excelled in Business, Property and Investment since 1995.

He brings a deep and insightful understanding of the many aspects of the property industry. He is passionate about marketing new developments and achieving optimal outcomes for his clients.

James’s experience has been earned over two decades, by running an extensive property portfolio over the value of $200mill. Additionally, he held the position as licensee of a high volume property investment services company and led the management team of advisors, marketing channels and sales seminars, thus acquiring unrivalled experience within his field.

Successful in retailing and direct selling, through brands such as ReMAX and Laing + Simmons, James has cemented his reputation as a specialist in both these fields. His dedication to strategy, planning, time frames and execution helps to reduce client risk and maximize returns. His industry knowledge allows him to match partners and mobilise large scale projects.

As Business Development Manager at Bluechip, James leads the Acquisitions division to create business synergies for valued clients. This role includes identifying potential development sites that meet client investment profile.
